• Warmup and deliverability data — send schedules, automation settings, message activity logs, bounce and complaint signals, domain health checks, and related operational metrics generated by the Service.
• Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, and diagnostic logs used to secure and improve the Service.
• Support communications — messages you send to our support team and any information you choose to include.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including mailbox warmup, scheduling, and deliverability monitoring.

4. Email & Mailbox Data

skale.email connects to mailboxes you authorize so we can execute warmup plans, monitor deliverability, and surface health insights inside your workspace.

We do not sell your mailbox content. We access and process email-related data only to provide the functionality you configure, such as sending warmup messages, reading delivery outcomes, and checking domain authentication records.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect each mailbox and that your use of the Service complies with your email provider's policies and applicable law.

5. Cookies & Authentication

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as your active workspace, and maintain session security.

Essential authentication cookies and tokens are required for the application to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies inside the authenticated product.
